I loooove action sci-fi and war movies, but I hate the ones with stupid plots and like you said, a rambo character who can't be injured but who can save the whole world singlehandedly

Some of the more recent war movies are good. "The Hurt Locker" and "Jarhead" "American Sniper" come to mind.
