Ok y'all. First of all, I skipped, pretty much all days posts(you're welcome Isa). 40 water glassed eggs, with room to add more daily. Let's hope they stay fresh like they are supposed to!

Ours were ok for scrambled and baking after 6 months. Not really good for straight up frying. We're on our second pail of 12 dozen. We learned to crack each one into a bowl separately for inspection though...
