Had 3 grey chicks escape yesterday so figured I'd wait till dark and go find them.. went out about 3am. Found them bundled together next to their pen. My mentor taught me long ago to just wait till dark. Chickens are practically blind at night and to just wait. It works every time but it sure Is difficult to not go trying to catch them when they first get out. And games they can and will fly like a bird so it's not that easy
