It was unusually wet spring but the summer weather is setting in. 80s all week and 90s all next week. I do not want to loose my garden.

High 90s and 100s here. Crazy hot for June.

I watered ours for the first time today. It’s been hot and dry for a couple weeks now.

I’m watering my baby trees now.

I tried to get some apple trees this spring, but apparently there’s a shortage of those too. I missed my opportunity this year. I’ll have to be on top of my game next year. What kind are your baby trees?

I am thinking the same way you got up there. If you flew then fly down. If you jumped then jump down. If you climbed then climb down. You see where I am going with this, right?

Climbing up was easier. But it involved stepping on the top step of the ladder, which isn't really a step, and you aren't supposed to step on it, and when you do the ladder just about breaks underneath you but at least you could heave yourself onto the roof as the ladder falls away. Unfortunately said ladder is now out of reach.

Some of us are pros at “unsafe” ladder practices. Keep trying, you’ll get there one day!
