Contains 2% or less of: Salt, Gelatin, Trisodium Phosphate, Red 40, Yellow 5 & 6, Blue 1, Natural And Artificial Flavor. Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) Added to Preserve Freshness. I have yet to see a box of "C&H pure sugar rings" in the cereal aisle.
There's nothing wrong with disliking sweet things. There are a number of sweets I can't stand myself. Cereal isn't great nutritionally, but there are far worse things out there.
