I could eat biscuits until I die. Hmm.. Might make some of my cheddar garlic biscuits and serve fried pork chops and eggs on them tomorrow.

They're a southern thing. Called that because of their size.

Suddenly "You can put a cat in the oven but that don't make it a biscuit" makes a lot more sense

This is what I use. You can use regular flour if you don't have einkorn.
