Being used to eating seafood one hand away from swimming red lobster is a no. The commercials back in the day said the lobster was fresh. I was in a red lobster kitchen about 10 years ago while they were prepping. A sink was full of frozen already butterflied vacuum single packs of lobster tail. They're not fresh or at least not the fresh someone thinks of when told fresh. I'll keep my shrimp
