People get pretty lax about sanitizing stuff or keeping meats hot or cold enough.
I've seen some Olive Garden employees try to walk out of the bathroom without washing their hands. Thankfully a loud "OH MY GOD YOU ALMOST JUST FORGOT TO WASH YOUR FILTHY NASTY HANDS MA'AM!!! GOOD THING I WAS HERE TO REMIND YOU! WE ALL GET FORGETFUL SOMETIMES I GUESS." makes them halt in their unsanitary steps and walk back to the sink
