I think that's the show with the Fabio looking male lead... Right? The doctor gets stuck raising some poor woman's kids, or something? I think I've seen that show. My family used to watch western type shows and movies when I was growing up. Unless I am way off mark here.

I’ve been binging so many crime shows since my TV has a TON of crime channels and runs them all day there’s even a channel specifically dedicated to Dr G lol they exclusively play that show.
