Purewick makes a system for female urine collection that remains on the outside of the body. You can't really move around with it. It fits between the Labia Majora and needs suction to pull the urine leaks into a collection bottle. You cannot just pee into it.

How do you empty the bottle? Is here a process to it? Otherwise how would you empty it without removing the suction?
