Nebraska is the home of corn, Carson, and other assorted weirdos. How can you call it boring? It's not like, New Hampshire or anything.

Birds. Birder capital of the midwest/Great Plains. Also other awesome wildlife.
Other crops. Cotton, Soy, Sorghum, Sunflowers (duh), canola, wheat (double duh) and more
Varying habitats. Tallgrass, shortgrass, and mixed prairie, marsh and wetlands, lakes and rivers, and forests in the east. In fact, east KS is almost entirely forest.
Crazy weather. Our state is the capital of the most random extreme weather ever.
