Yes, doesn’t have a filter but it will now. Which, isn’t going to help from fuel sitting in it. Probably need to start running it empty between seasons.

I did that with a generator and worked great for about 14 years. I didn’t change a thing. I always ran it dry. When we had that bad freeze a couple years back, we lost power. I got the genny out and the carb was gummed up. Wouldn’t start for love nor money. I had to get a new carb for it. Sometimes due diligence still isn’t enough.

flip it over. If there's a hole in the bottom, not a lot you can do but stick him out in the garden and hide a key in there.
