There are many things I'd like to do to the people that think they can write garbage here. Or critique the things I write.

Cut just the pretty flower heads, leaving the stems behind. Rinse really well and pat dry. Dip in egg wash and then toss in seasoned flour/bread crumbs. Fry in butter (that's right - BUTTER) until golden and crispy.

Drain and devour. Delicious!

I've done this with squash blossoms before. They were really good.
