You can make small batches just by shaking the cream in a little Tupperware container for like 5 minutes at room temp.

Don't tell her this. She'll be looking for ways to make individual servings of mayo that she can whip out and put on stuff. lol

I've literally, never had any of that happen before. And I've been freezing salted butter, in the original container, for years
