Yes wholecut and wing tipped. The wing tipped are derbies the whole cut I can't remember I would assume thats an Oxford. Haven't taken them out the box in a while.
Suit is the opposite it's a darker blue with just lighter shade windowpane. Its not very pronounced.

May I ask, what is the event for which you are getting all gussied up? Inquiring minds ...

Although I know for sure this thing is either poisonous or it stings and I'm probably allergic to it, I risked it for the photo op for all those that was on the bandwagon the other day

There is only one native frog species that is poisonous, the pickel frog. Native tree frogs, like the one in the photo, are harmless to humans.
There are quite a few poisonous toad species, some invasive like cane toads. Which are harmful to pets and wildlife, but unless you're licking their poison glands you'll be fine
