You get lake effect snow?

Yes. Grew up on the north shore of Lake Ontario. I'm far enough north now that I don't get Lake effect weather, but that was near the lake today. The band that hit Buffalo and Niagara came up almost as far as I am today (about 100 north of lake Ontario)

True dat. I would put one in this house in a second if I had a good place for it. The design makes it horribly inefficient. Central heat or nothing, I guess.
