I don't know. I've already met several people in real life who've done the same thing.
Obviously not super common, but happens.

The younger brother married the older sister and vice versa.

It's not weird. My mom's younger twin sisters married brothers. And my son and daughter married siblings. So in both cases the children of those marriages are "double cousins." If necessary they could be bone marrow donors for their cousins, just like siblings.
