I just read the stupidest thing. Bylaws allow 5 hens, but a coop of only 10 feet square floor space. WUT?? No footage restrictions on other buildings, but no more than 50% of total lot.

So if anyone asks, I'm building a shed.

I've instilled this to my daughter. To start early to set yourself up for later. The earlier the better. Building a credit history too. She's doing great too
