I don't know. I've already met several people in real life who've done the same thing.
Obviously not super common, but happens.

The younger brother married the older sister and vice versa.

Not quite as bad as when my wife and I went to get our marriage license in Kentucky (got married there cause her grandmother couldn't make the trip to Louisiana) and on the application was " are the applicants 1st cousins " or something to that effect. I guess as long as you're not 1st you're good

That's how Missouri is or was. 2nd cousins are fine.
