Protein powder ❌
Baking cocoa powder ✔️
Ground cinnamon✔️
Milk ✔️
Sweetener ✔️ (maple syrup)

I often make myself mochas using cocoa powder, maple syrup, milk, and espresso. Have an almost everyday, in fact.
And I have made myself lattes with cinnamon, milk, and maple syrup. Those are pretty good as well.
Protein powder is a hard pass, though.
My “liquid lunch” between clients.
 
I have no idea what this is.
