I personally like our standard measuring system

Fahrenheit does have shorter increments compared to Celsius, and is more precise. The guy who invented it could probably have picked some better points though. 32°F to freeze (at 1 atmosphere), and 212°F to boil (at 1 atmosphere)? Really? C'mon.
