Do you ever get the feeling that all these "delicacy" foods around the world were just called that to make fussy children eat them back in the days when food was limited?

"Eat your spinach Jimmy, it will make you strong like Popeye!"

I wouldn't try grocery store meat, nasty. Home grown, hand raised, humanely butchered.
