I'm moderately obsessed with shooting the night sky. My bucket list includes trips to both hemispheres and probably 1000 locations I want to shoot at. #1 is Aurora Borealis in Iceland, and #2 is Aurora Australis from NZ. Several volcanoes at night also feature prominently. Salar De Unyi in Bolivia too.

Maybe some day I'll get to shoot from a U2 or low orbit. I could die happy then.

Those are worthy “bucket list” items…. I’d live to tag along.

A couple years back there were a few meme’s & T-shirt designs floating around the web specifically about him and comparing to a Bomb disposal technician with these are the most memorable:

That's what my daughters and sons-in-law all said about bears when we were in Rocky Mountain National Park and another time in Shenandoah National Park. With my damaged knees, I'm not very fast. Also, I'm fat enough that I'd probably be fairly tasty.
