Goat is delicious. So is lamb, cooked properly. We have a restaurant, about 45 mins away from us, called Texas De Brazil. They bring all kinds of meat to your table on big skewers that they cut off for you right at the table. You can try all sorts of different kinds of meats, so good

We have a similar thing here I think, the Brazilian steakhouse. There might actually be a couple different ones here now. Soooo good but you have to be hungry and not just meats but so many sides and buffet things as well. But of course we go for the meat lol we’ve only been like twice though. But so good. We have a lot of Brazilian people here now so it’s authentic too.

Yesssss! I could eat at a Brazilian steakhouse Every. Single. Night. if I were rich like trump.
Why do they even have a salad bar there?!

Ima end up selling a bunch of the Cochins probably this Winter. They’re just not quality. I have a couple favorites I may keep.
