Hey guys, I have a question. I have been under an immense amount of stress since Tuesday, and I want to know if chickens can pick up on it and become stressed themselves? My entire flock is acting odd. Not sickly or anything, they're just not acting the way they normally do. Idk if I'm projecting negatively and if they can pick up on it...

I don't know if there's any hard evidence for this, but it seems most animals can pick up on human emotions. If you aren't yourself, they may notice it and subsequently be off as well.

I didn't mean to say it's a bad thing or you are to blame. And look at it this way. If that is the case, then once things are smoother for you, your birds will hopefully mellow as well.

Oh no, I didn't take it that way. The entire family is stressed and we're all showing it. I just hoped that chickens weren't particularly keen to human emotions.
