Keep in mind that constantly reporting things is a form of harassment just as much as posting potentially unacceptable content. Particularly when it's the same people doing the reporting of the same people over and over. Also prohibited and it'll get you into just as much trouble. Think about the boy who cried wolf. Sometimes it's better to just move along. If this thread bugs you so much, you're always free to stop following it...

I only have reported 1 or 2 posts and it's not like I'm reporting everything I don't like

They don't always see it. If you report it then the mods look at it and see it. Reporting doesn't automatically just delete something it just lets the mods go and check it out. Plus I didn't even report that post he changed it
