Yeet them outside with food and water and close the coop so they can’t get into it. Offer them some cover to hide under so they feel safer. Let them in in the evening to go to bed. Rinse and repeat every day and in a week you should have real chickens.

I think it might be. They came from a hatchery. I'm guessing they lived inside a big chicken barn

Well that explains it then. Leave a trail of their favorite treats leading out to their run. Chickens are very food motivated.
