This reminds me of a movie I tried to watch when I was a teen at about 1am but the screen was all squiggly

Ok. A Xiaomi then. Or an Oppo.

Which is good, because I can't find any carrier pigeons.
It may be a mem cache size problem. So smaller gifs load but larger ones don't because they're too big for the memory on the phone to handle. It's a drawback of some of the inexpensive models of phones because theyr'e built to hit price points rather than to deliver features. gif files are generally larger than jpegs so they tend to cause more problems.

Could also be an api issue with the way the phone is being served the images from the giphy mod. if giphy made api changes that your pphone's browser app hasn't caught up to yet you could see broken features until the browser app gets an update. since it seems to be site specific, I'd lean more toward this being the problem.

Fun, right? :(

Hmm. It's been a while since my browser updated. I checked, and as of 1 hour ago, there were no updates for it. But it should be any day now that certain apps get their update in the Gallery. 🤞🏻

I didn't understand much of that, but informative.

Way way too many pages behind. Did I miss anything today?
