I'd bet you a shiny nickel that Kia will run longer and need less attention than current offerings from at least 2 of the big 3 domestics. They aren't the cheap econoboxes they used to be.

It's a 2017 and I've already had to replace the engine.

It depends. I usually prefer the house be about 68. But sometimes heat is nice.

They're southerners. If it falls below 85, pray for them. If it gets a dusting of snow, it becomes the end of days.
