What I'm  saying is building a whole building takes a lot more time when you are doing it by yourself the majority of the time.

I agree whole heartily. That is how I do it all by my lonesome. I am building a 1200 sq. ft addition to a building now and renovating another 1800 sq. ft. addition. Not completely by myself but 90% of it all the while holding everything else down and still able to screw with bonk's mind

Girl, I told you that you did a wonderful job at least once. You are amazing. You stayed with it to the finish. You just blow my mind. And, you know how to unclog a d**n drain like a boss.
