I've had deer processed after a car strike only once, and I didn't notice any difference in taste or texture. I don't think I'm qualified to give a good opinion here.Does striking a body at high speed not do something that could potentially cause the meat to be inedible for human consumption? What if the liver or kidneys burst on impact, or any other icky organs that release bad things into the meat? And a stressful death usually makes meat tougher, yeah?
