Lucy, is okay, though. She will grow into it, eventually. I think she knows I am just messing with her. She doesn't have to study on a Sat. night.

Yes! My husband has been working hard on tearing out the living room and requested burgers. I don't enjoy cooking and I really don't enjoy baking, but I'll be darned if I can't make him a nice meal to let him know I appreciate him.

I'm the opposite. I enjoy cooking and love baking. Something about simple ingredients coming together just right to make something so delish! How did the bisquit burgers turn out? The bisquits looked good and I don't like bisquits

I should add that the thermocouple you see in the tray is to monitor water temp. At this age the babies need a 20 minute daily soak in 82-86F water for hydration and to allow them to potty.

I currently have a bushel of apples cooking in two crock pots and on the stove top for applesauce. Gonna can it later. My hands are cramping from all the peeling and slicing. I feel like the ant from Aesop's fables

You need one of them slicer/corer/peeler doodads. I know it's a unitasker and Alton Bown hates unitaskers, but sometimes it's worth it.

I had one and returned it. I hated it. Not enough control over the cutting and the apples I get are straight from the orchard. Not perfect enough to fit in nicely so they cut funny and I end up losing too much apple with the peel
