Which BYC member scares you?

Not sure why I dislike it so much. Making the kitchen a mess? Delayed gratification? I do know home made tastes so much better. But I would hire a chef to cook for me if I was rich.
They came out fine. I figure I must overwork the dough because they never rise as much as I would like.

I used to do that too.

Check your baking soda and baking powder. If they are no longer active, they won't help the dough rise. And I see what you did with the "chef"

The reason I'm betting on it is that the chelicerae are more blue/violet with hints of green- it showed much more green in the photo.
Where I live we have both.
