No. I just like to watch the shows and they seem to have hell with small engines and the cold.

That’s true cause they usually do during winter season up north but from what I’ve heard from my sis…it actually isn’t really that bad during the late summer/fall seasons.

Pretty much anywhere you go that’s further north is that way. My mom did a Europe tour one time and visited Norway and Sweden…She didn’t get any sleep lol

That’s why I want to do a full year. It’s such a land of extremes. The never ending days and nights, prepping for winter, then living through it. Also, I would love to see aurora borealis in person.

I would like to go through the experience of a year in Alaska. The older I get, the less cool that idea sounds. Right now, I’d still do it.
