I made Chicken Tetrazzini last night without the chicken. I just realized it when I opened the microwave a few minutes ago and there set a lb. of cooked chicken where I had placed it to stay warm while I was finishing everything else up before I mixed it together for the oven. lol

It was really good, though. My boy or me never realized there was no chicken while we ate it. I just ate some leftover, too. I was going to heat it in the micro. It is so good that I may make Chicken Tetrazzini without the chicken again sometime.

Man unfortunately I could probably not ever eat chicken tetrazzini home cooked or restaurant. It's probably really good BUT you see I prep for hurricanes and what not and a couple cases of mre that the government was giving out was about 90% chicken tetrazzini. I can't untaste it lol. I have cases of mre but when I bought them I made darn sure it did not contain that. For the record out of all the food preps mres only account for about 10%. They are saved for the folks that think im weird for prepping but sure will be the first asking for help (sister here ya go)
