Which BYC member scares you?

I do burgers two ways. With lettuce (leafy butter lettuce - not that iceberg crap), tomato, onion, and some mayo. Or I do mushroom Swiss burgers. For those I sauté sliced onions and mushrooms together and top my burger with them. Mayo as a condiment.
Perfection! And, yes, mayo. No ketchup or mustard.
