I love raw onion. When I’m cooking with onion, which almost anytime I cook I will cut me a big slice, salt it, and eat while cooking. A good hot white one is the best.

My dad is the same way. He can eat an onion like an apple. I like them raw but that's a little much

Haven't done it in a while but I have been known to mix diced onions into the meat and then make burgers with it. That's a nice way to add them without extra mess
