Thrift stores are THE BEST. I take my wardrobe very seriously. Thrift stores sll but guarantee I will find unique stuff at good prices.

Yes they sell groceries that's like 50% of the store. They have a produce section, a deli, a bakery, a whole isle of beer, and every cereal chip or soda brand you could think of, along with all whole section of special stuff for gluten allergies.

They have a pharmacy, a doctor, an opthalmologist, and a mechanic. There's usually banks, fast food restaurants, hair salons, and there used to be nail salons too but I haven't seen one in years.

On top of all that they sell everything from diamond engagement rings, to deer corn
