Cabin at the springs. Son2 and his guests are coming down that week. One room at the Best Western is about $700/week. About the same price for the cabin and everyone can enjoy it.

Historical average for that week is a 68 F high. The spring stays at ~72 year round. The water will feel nice - it's the getting in/out that is the hard part.
