Which Cockerel

At the moment I have 6, 8 week old cockerels and i am going to keep one to breed. i have two i mind. one is aggressive but has very good features and size and the other is small but very tame and calm. I don't know which on to keep. Advice pls.

At 8 weeks old they still have a LOT of growing and changing to go through, both physically and in temperament. I wouldn't start making decisions based on where they are at now.

Still too young. By 6 or 7 months old, I started figuring out my cockerel was a jerk.

Are you wanting to breed a specific breed and try and stay true to the standards for it or are you just looking to breed some birds for your backyard flock? If you are planning to try and breed true to standard, then cull the ones with obvious flaws and sit on whatever you have left and see how they turn out. If it's just for your own mixed flock, then physical features (excluding health issues etc) aren't a real issue and it all comes down to temperament/personality and whatever features you find appealing. In either case you aren't going to know what the bird's temperament is until it is much older.
