Which Coop????

I need you guys to help me with this decision. I am building a new coop for my Lavender Naked Neck Project Birds, but, i dont know what to make it look like! This is where you guys come in.....

I'd build the one that you can comfortably stand in, and this one could comfortably hold ul to 10 chickens. If they wouldn't free range all the time I would add the run too.

I would defiantly add a run to all of them.

If I was doing a breed project I'd want a coop large enough to subdivide into several pens all with separate runs.
Being in AZ you want something with max shade and airflow.
Not sure I'd recommend any of the coops you posted, tho one didn't have the complete URL so I couldn't cut and paste it.
