Which door?

I am just finishing up my first coop, and I can't decide which automatic door to go with.
I have it narrowed it down to the "Pullet-Shut" and the Ador1. Opinions/experiences wanted!!!

Both are in same price range. I CAN SEE THAT THEY BOTH WILL NEED TO BE MAINTAINED CLEAN. My preference would be the Ador 1... Pullet shut looks easy for raccoon to open. Them Lil devlz can mastermind all kind of doors. Picnic coolers. Not even a challenge unless you have a picnic table seat holding it down .. The Ador1 looks more predator proof.
