Which end do they pip?

I havn't done this in a while so tell me which end of the egg should they pip from ( ducks) I have just stopped turning the eggs today the 26th day and one is pipping but at the small end of the egg, I also am concerned that it is pipping early is this normal?

They pip from the large end. You'd probably get more responses if you gave you're post a more accurate title.

Yes pip should be at the large end. Reason you want the air cell to stay ay the large end. They break into the air cell and pip from that side.

If pipped on small end , you may need to help it out. Wait 24 hours then help it out..
