which feed brand do you pefer kruse or star milling

I pefer kruse for gower and chick starter
But like ace hi for lay pellets only reason I dont use star milling for starter is because its not midicated

I've never tried Kruse, but I really like the star milling brand (when mine were chicks, they had the ace-hi starter feed and now their on the all purpose mash).

I like moving the chicks out early (the weather is nice and warm here), to build up their immune systems. I keep a bottle of corid on hand (I don't use medicated feed), but I've never had a cocci problem.
