The chicks are growing and happy and will soon be spending time outdoors in their coop during the day. Which hanging feeder should I get? I'd like it to be top fillable and hanging.
Do I only need a feeder inside, where they will be locked in at night, or do I need one in the run and one inside?

If they will only be inside their coop to sleep then you don't need a feeder inside. My girls are out of their coops from around 6:30am until 8:20pm every day so I don't have feeders inside. I do have three hanging feeders - one under each of their coops and one out on the opposite side of the yard. My girls are able to free range my entire back yard every day so they don't eat much of their feed but I do have it available for them. I use the smaller ones that I got from Tractor Supply - inexpensive, plastic, hanging and they have worked just fine for over two years. Best of luck and
