Sounds like you are leaning towards Tarbox Hollow. They do have some nice birds and the breeds you are listing are unusual and not available everywhere.

I've been thinking about this for a while and thought what would it hurt to make a BYC post.

Tarbox Hollow Poultry: ($65) Breeds: 6 Bantam Salmon Faverolles eggs, 3 White Ameraucana eggs, and 3 Mille Fleur D'uccle eggs

Meyer's: ($55. 60) Breeds: 6 Assorted Silkies, 3 Black Frizzle Cochin Bantam, and Buff Laced Polish

Personally I would go for Meyers, but they're more my cup of tea and it would avoid the Millie Fleur eggs. But I do like the other options on Tarboro apart from the Millies

He really does! Those 3 roosters are actually pretty cool. They’re not pets, but they don’t attack the kids. They try to stay away and in my book, that’s a good rooster as far as human interaction goes. The hens are the same way. Definitely not what you’re looking for it you want cuddly.
