which herbs will chickens eat?

Mine ignore the oregano, dill, parsley and basil, but will mow the chard, tatsoi, bok choi and especially kale to the ground.

We just moved into a new house where the lemon mint (lemon balm) grows like crazy. The chickens will reach through the fence to get at it. They have lots of grass and earthworms to graze on, but when I toss in a gob of lemon mint, they go into a feeding frenzy. They love the greens. They get regular feed and an assortment of that to choose from, but throw in a clump and it turns the chicken yard into a madhouse!

My girls go nuts for lemon balm, too.
