which incubator is best for my little eggs ?

I'm looking for an incubator that is fool proof. I have bantam chickens who are laying ,but because of the wet , hot weather aren't doing too well . I don't have alot of money, but I DO NOT want experience many more egg hatching failures like the last one (lost all 13 eggs.). Some hatched without enough energy to even move, some didn't hatch at all.... So PLEASE give me some advice on which incubator is the best for hatching bantam chicks that won't break my bank...
 
Hovabators are really good. They hold temp and humidity well.
