I have the Nurture Right 360 and the Brinsea Maxi 24 Advantage. I had a 100% hatch rate of the eggs who went into lock down with both incubator. Both are equal. I like the cleaning of the Brinsea after the hatch since there are lesser little corners to clean out while Brinsea is more work.
On the other side do you need the cardboard inserts for the Brinsea while Nurture Right 360 does not require any cardboard etc.

I say both are equal good.

I personally like the easier cleaning after the hatch and make my own cardboard's for the hatch instead of purchasing it. Currently do I try out something. The cardboard makes the cleaning easier too.

My experience is limited to one incubator, a Maticoopx (which has a fan). I used two additional temperature senors. I monitored the temperature multiple times a day throughout the incubation period. The senor in the incubator showed some very reassuring readings but questionably accurate. The two Yolink senors showed that the temperatures dropped while the heater was off and then rose when it came on. Near the heater coil it rose past the desired temp and cooled faster toward the edges of the incubator. This variability was about 4 degrees under to two degrees over the desired temps. Whether or not that much variation is going to affect your hatch rate I don't know. Adding that insulation, the towels, reduced the variation. The physics governing these variations are going to be true regardless of who manufactured incubator. I'd say any of the plastic bulb type incubator would benefit from insulation. It says in the manual that the room temp should be between 72f and 80f. Otherwise I think the heater can't keep up and temperature becomes erratic.
