Found this little guy on my way home. Was beat up and scared. Have never seen a chicken like this can anyone help with the breed? Also my guess is that it’s male, but can you also give your opinion on its sex.

the male and female of the breed in my lawn, both can fly and have black legs, now a days in molting, so feathers are not in form
